Its way lighter than a thompson and a better gun but with the blowback action and the 45 acp its not as fun as a thompson. A thompson guns shoots with no recoil, and the blowback with a suppresor is not as smooth on the AR. I dont shoot it that much. Shattered Posted August 16, 2021 Report Share Posted August 16, 2021 (edited) I have one that I used on a 16. It’s presently sitting on a semi receiver. Always worked fine, but needs modified Grease Gun mags. I started to modify a dozen mags and have the sides milled back but really haven’t touched them since the 16 was sold.
