Anyone have an E-Form 4 on a trust come back yet? Curious if these are coming back as fast. Also have a question: If you submit an E-Form 4 for a trust with 2 co-trustees (for example husband and wife), the application would have 2 responsible persons. Does each responsible person have to create an Eforms account and electronically "sign" the submission, or just the primary? thanks! Also, one of my paper form 4's jut got the stamp after almost exactly 1 year. Still waiting on the other one, which was submitted about 2 weeks later.

go to each of the websites of the 3 credit bureaus, and look for the option to put a freeze on your account. once it is on your account, you will be given a password to remove it. You can remove your freeze temporarily or permanently. If you are applying for a car loan, or a credit card, for example, ask the bank which credit bureau they pull from. You can either remove the freeze from that bureau for a week, or you can get a one-time code for the bank to use to pull credit. At one point there was a nominal charge to freeze/unfreeze, but in most states it is now free.

wow that's bad! hope you get it fixed soon. On a related note (scammers), I got a letter in the mail from Wells Fargo, saying they needed more ID to process my loan application. I never applied for a loan. Fortunately I have a credit freeze on my credit bureau accounts, which prevents these attempts. If you do not have a freeze on your credit accounts, I HIGHLY recommend it as the best way to PREVENT credit fraud/theft. Place a freeze on your Transunion, Equifax, and Experian accounts.

I just had my first EForm4 approved in 65 days. Prints were mailed in. does the ATF mail the stamp? Or can I do the transfer (4473) with the emailed copy?

I didn't know that post samples can be made to use as rentals at a gun range. If this is legal then it's ok. I stand by my statement that it's no surprise the ATF is cracking down.

I agree with what you said 100%. There is going to be more scrutiny going forward. I never understood how the ATF allowed a gun range to have a bunch of post-sample machine guns (available to rent/shoot at the range) that they made, or obtained with a law letter (from the owner's buddy the local marshal).

you might be confusing Ruben with Midwest Tactical. I am aware of the Mac11 (2 actually) that were both listed recently here, and on MWT, simultaneously. Ruben's website says in his listings that the item is in stock in his Miami vault. In fact, the listing I linked in my original reply, (from Machine Gun Brother's website) says the HK is in stock in their Miami vault. However they (MG Brothers) are not located in Miami, but Ruben is.
