Agreed. When the proposed legislation gets shot down, there will now be attention on the fact that the $200 tax amount has not been inflation adjusted since 1934. Or worse, the anti-gun community realizes that there’s “evil machine guns” that need to be taken off the streets. Just let sleeping dogs lie- the $200 tax is a small price to pay when it comes to the total cost of machine gun ownership.

People keep pushing and poking the bear chanting “it’s my right” when are they gonna figure out it’s better to fly under the radar and not rock the boat as it’s not gonna get better, only worse.

not sure but if the seller wants to wait until they get the hard copy of the form 3, not much you can do about it. They should get it within a week. I would tend to agree with you that it would be permissible, since the transfer has been approved by the ATF
