Yeah, another thread is discussing this, but it is apparently true.

I tried both my MP5's and no go on either one, but my HK33 pre-sample is now OK when I put it into a Form 4 application. So there is that. I'm with Bwana, might transfer them to myself and pay the tax stamp just to have a legal paper trail. They can only go one way in price.
