They are unfired since they were returned by the manufacturer. They appear to have brand new baffle stacks in them. The flash hider included is new in the packaging. $699.99 - PURCHASE HERE Grade 2 - These have unknown round counts but are in serviceable condition. They do have partially eroded blast baffles.
