  1. It looks to me like you have a Specialized Weapons CM-2037 Flare Launcher. A buddy of mine has a gun shop and he had this up there on consignment for ever and the guy just told him to get what ever he could and my buddy was tired of looking at it so he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It also came with a dozen fireworks shells that were loaded up in the white re-loadable cases. I have yet to shoot it. I need to get a sight for it but the damn sights cost as much as what I paid for the launcher. It looks like someone ground off the rear attachment point on yours. My guess is that they wanted to be able to mount it directly to a quad rail. They make all kind of "reloading kits" and cases for folks to "roll their own". I shot a buddies awhile back and they are fun. Good luck with your sale. The link has photos of mine. https://imgur.com/a/7E4mU2R
  2. Yeah I figured as much . I sent him a message over on Uzi talk and didn't hear anything. Then I saw the same thread over here with a lot more posts and figured he sold out
  3. If the 1st guy doesn't pay I will. Payment sent 2/13/2023
  4. Call John Norrell and see if he'll build it. He pretty much figured out the full auto 10/22s.
  5. We just sold a Steyr MP40 on Gunbroker last week for a customer. I was contacted by someone who saw my listing and was wanting to know if we could help him sell a MP-38 that he has. He stated that the barrel chamber was completely welded shut but everything else on the gun works. The bolt face itself has not been messed with. In his words, all someone has to do is swap barrels and it is ready to go. The first thing I asked was if there was any kind of paperwork and I explained to him what a "Dewat" was and he then stated that he was told that when he got it that there was no paperwork. ( It has passed through many hands and most are dead ) I am thinking that this is most likely a deactivated gun instead. All of the numbers are matching on the gun. The fellow has been offered good money for the "lower" from one guy and the "tube" from another but he doesn't want to "break it up". He feels very strongly that it should be kept intact so I told him that no one is going to pay a ton for a "wall hanger" and that it would be of most value to a manufacturer who could make a post sample machinegun out of it. He also would like to know that it has been brought back to life legally versus broken up for parts. If I get this, I will certainly see if the ATF has any record of this being a Dewat but for the sake of this conversation lets just see what you all think it is worth and more importantly what he could reasonably expect to get for it as a deactivated gun. He and I have differing opinions as to the value and I told him I would make a post asking this question and we could see what the "experts" come up with and then we'll take it from there. 6. Message & email sent Primers received today. Thanks.
  7. I'll 2nd this. I bought a mini uzi kit from him and couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. All questions were answered and shipping was fast.
  8. I've got a Valmet M78 7.62x39 made by them.
  9. That trip I used some old Federal 550 bulk pack ammo I bought years ago. I save the Mini-Mag for my more finicky guns. Now, I will use Mini-Mag 40rd solid in the 110rd drum that ATI-GSG makes for the 10/22. I've had very good luck with those. Not as many rounds as an American 180 but still plenty enough.
  10. Mid to high $20's. You don't see them often and are much more rare than an M16, Uzi, Sten, Mac or other less expensive machineguns. Folks just don't turn loose of them. While it may be a pain in the rear to load up the truck with a bunch of beltfeds, ammo cans, etc. you can easily grab the 10/22, a few mags and a couple 550 packs of .22LR and spend the afternoon shooting for far cheaper as well. I want to say, the last one I saw sell on this board went for $27K. I shot mine the other day and it is the only one out of the 10+ machineguns we had on the line to not suffer a malfunction of some sort ( stove pipe, stoppage, etc). Super reliable. Just run a bore snake through it every couple hundred rounds or so when at the range then give a good cleaning when you get home and they won't give you any trouble. Wish I could say the same about the HK's.......
  11. Maybe try one of these? https://www.krebscustomak47.com/products/product/80-krebs-custom-trigger-pin-retaining-plate-for-ak-rifles
  12. Don Quinell fixed my Valmet M78 when I discovered it had a cracked trunion. It's now better than ever.
  13. OK, cool. You have answered mine and I'm sure others question about that. Learn something new every day. Judging on how quickly your other 2 listings have sold, it looks like you have your pricing dialed in. I've got a Norrell/S&H 10/22 sear as well so I am pleased to see how much it has appreciated since I bought mine a couple years ago. My jaw dropped when I saw your Galil. I've got a Valmet M78 7.62x39 that I almost got talked into converting into a Galil. Had I not bought my Uzi sear, I would have been calling you on that one. Enough chit chat. Thanks for the clarification and good luck with the sale.
  14. Alright, help me out here. You say that this is a "registered sear" but I see "Flemming Firearms C-ville, OK U162" on the receiver and then again on the bolt. Is the sear engraved as well? I have a Qualified registered sear and my sear has the number on it, not the bolt or any other part. I can understand marking the receiver which would let someone know at a glance that the sear is inside, kind of like how some HK sear owners will have the packs marked so they don't have to take their guns apart to show an "inspector" their serial number. It seems like if he or anyone after the fact would have marked the trigger housing. From what I have been told, Uzi sears are quite rare so I jumped at the chance to buy mine. I am working on setting up a full size, mini & micro. The trifecta if you will.
  15. Looks like a single to me. Double feed will have a wider bottom in order to strip the cartridges from the magazine that are at an offset to the center of the bolt face and not at the 6 o'clock position that a single stacked magazine would be. The link below shows Lage bolts but pay attention to the bottom of the bolts https://www.google.com/search?q=difference+between+single+and+double+feed+mac+10+bolts&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwj0lPfs3NX9AhXFlIQIHZ9DBq4Q2-cCegQIABAC&oq=difference+between+single+and+double+feed+mac+10+bolts&gs_lcp=ChJtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1pbWcQAzoECB4QClD8HFiQJ2CVN2gAcAB4AIABrgGIAaEEkgEDMC40mAEAoAEBwAEB&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-img&ei=BmwNZPT5PMWpkvQPn4eZ8Ao&bih=800&biw=1280&client=tablet-android-samsung#imgrc=jrqBeQkuTbdKWM
  16. Yeah, I have an S&H sear in my Ruger 10/22 that John Norrell set up. I wonder how much prior to May 1986 did they come up with the idea for sear conversions rather than a registered receiver. Or was it truly a last "minute" idea?
  17. Here's one that Rubin had awhile back and look at the number on the gun and the DIAS. https://www.sturmgewehr.com/forums/index.php?/topic/23695-colt-sp1-with-married-dias/#comment-76589
  18. https://gunspot.com/listings/detail/13197/steel-ar15-drop-in-auto-sear-dias-transferable/ I noticed that the serial number starts with a "SP" and thought I remembered reading that when folks registered their Colt SP1 rifles back in the day using a drop in sear they would put the serial number of the gun on the sear thus making it "married" to the gun. I would hate to put down 60K then discover a problem with the paperwork down the line. It seems to me that if someone were to just register a sear by itself the serial number would be something more generic.

  20. I just sent 2 ACOG's to them and it was $266.28 each to replace the burned out tritium. One was a 2008 and other 2009 model. They just hit my card earlier in the week. I have not received them yet.
  21. Yep, you need to bridge that gap. My Valmet m78 came that way. I had the slot for the sear bridged and no more problems after that. Don Quinell did the work.
  22. Keep your eyes out for a Valmet. They can be converted to Galil's and a fair number of the transferable "Galil's" out there started as Valmet's. The guy who worked on my M78 wanted to know if I wanted mine converted. He did a bunch back in the day.
