  1. Here’s his in using efile anymore-form 3 on transferable to dealer, I’ll use it, form 4 to individual, I’ll use it, form 2 for build work, I’ll use it. The rest…I’m doing it on paper. That system is an unholy mess
  2. Standard SD receiver is sold. The Hybrid SD (3 lug system) is still avalible.
  3. How many you looking for? I have a couple A3F stocks, an A3, and an A3U
  4. Im going to have a couple Zenith SD conversions ready this week and then they will be on the market…one is setup as a traditional SD with ported barrel (I also have B&T suppressors to go with them for extra) and the other is a Hybrid with a 3 lug barrel. Units will come with sights, cocking assembly, trigger housing, end cap and magazine catch/release assembly. NO bolts, stocks, suppressors or trigger groups. Price will be $2450 delivered to your FFL FYI-these are NOT parts but rather receivers with serial numbers and will have to be shipped to an FFL. Someone thought these belonged in the “parts section” but this is not the case, so now I have to put this disclaimer in my ad.
  5. Looking for a VERY specific Thompson-looking for an AOC M1 with the Lyman L rear sight. A gun that is worn or shows patina would be preferred over a perfect restored example. I do NOT want an M1A1 either remark or factory M1A1. The gun does not have to have the Lyman L sight as I can replace that, main thing is that it’s an AOC M1 marked gun. Would prefer it to be a pre sample if possible (I know of a few that have sold recently)
  6. Breaking up an SD parts kit to see if it’ll sell of better. This is an entire HK MP5SD kit (minus the suppressor) Front end-front sight right has been cut for clearance to use a red dot. Hand guard has been drilled to install an old school tape switch mount. Barrel is in good shape-$4500 Bolt assembly-$600 A3 stock-$650 SEF lower-$350 Rear stub/rear sight-$150 Prices include shipping.
  7. There was one local to me that sold for $52.5k two years ago so while $88k is high….its not that high given what they have been selling for and the rate of inflation MG prices have seen over the past 3-4 years.
  8. Say “Uzi conversion bolt”
  9. I’m in the process of changing my FFL/SOT over from a sole prop to an LLC and will have several post samples to move as No Law Letter guns: M1 Thompson-Savage parts kit on an old Richardson receiver $5,000 NOW $4,000 Sterling MK4-built on a WiseLite semi auto and converted to FA $2,500 NOW $2,000 SOLD Uzi-full size Century receiver converted to full. Expect the paperwork to be done and guns to be ready to transfer out by mid January. Think of this as the pre sale so if you want something, let me know and I’ll hold it. Payment due when paperwork is ready to start for transfer.
  10. I've had the same thing happen to me. I won't see an approval email but if I go onto my account and look under the approved section I have some waiting. This eForms system was supposed to be the greatest thing ever and its turning into more and more of a cluster f$ck
  11. A well stretched 1919 belt with the long tabs worked great in my Diggers aha I had both a Colt and Marlin
  12. WOW you really need to stop trying to help as you are digging a hole that is deeper and deeper with no end in sight. Again you are missing the point of your entire post and common sense (which seems isnt that common) if it is a gun that was in the states as a "dealer sample' prior to May 19, 1986 then it is a PRE SAMPLE!!! End of story so sit down, shut up and LISTEN to what other people are telling you!!! The fact that you have rambled on and on with NOTHING of substance to add, ONLY ADDS TO THE CONFUSION!!! I have pre sample guns that are listed as "Law Enforcement Use Only" and "Sales Sample Only" but they are pre sample guns. Couple came out of PD's and others came from other dealers. I can understand what the OP is wanting to confirm on, and I have PM'd him directly to avoid anymore confusion and or misleading information, but you have added to this issue to say the least. Also to another issue with your theory of using eForms to see if itll clear or not.....the eforms system does not know how to tell a pre sample from a transferable or post sample!!! I have pre sample guns that are listed as transferable and others listed as post sample on my eforms account, so your idea there is complete bull$hit and wont work either.
  13. Love when the “experts” at ATF have no clue on their own rules. You don’t need a demo letter for a gun that’s not a post sample. It would be a transfer out from them to your books on a Form 5….but what do I know? I’m just a dumb a$$ who has done this multiple times now.
  14. Why is this so hard to understand-does no one read before commenting-it is NOT a post sample as it was in the county before May 19, 1986 so it’s either a pre sample or transferable. Given what it stamped on the paperwork, both are pre samples. Good lord it’s not rocket science people….in the county prior to 1986 and says on the paper work “sales sample” those two points mean PRE SAMPLE.
  15. Law enforcement or sales sample is the same thing when it comes to MG’s like this. They are both pre samples just different terms used to define them. I’ve had both versions of this in hand before and at the end of the day they were both pre sample guns as they came into the USA after 1968 but were already here and on paper before 1986.
  16. It depends on what it is. Some LEO guns were/are transferable so you need to look at the original paperwork. What is the item in question? If the gun was imported between 1968 and May of 1986 then it is and will be a pre sample.
  17. That sure looks like a semi auto barrel to me, not a full auto spec barrel. Note the different diameter on the chamber end. This would go into a semi auto to make it an SBR or into a conversion gun that has the small trunnion and restriction ring.
  18. HK A3 stocks MP5 Universal 40/10mm cut out “IS” date code appears to have a new buffer $650 G3 $450 HK93/33/53 this is an aftermarket one $400 all prices include shipping
  19. I have 15 MP5/40-10mm mags to sell. These are all LEO trade in mags and have handling marks on them. All are “restricted” marked as well. Note-some have PD markings on them written in black marker. $85 ea shipped.
  20. I have a pile of SureFire 628 units for MP5’s as well as an A17 drop/offset #1 $300 #2 $300 #3 $350 #4 $285 #5 $215 (has been cracked hut #6 $300 A17-$300 SPF All prices include shipping
  21. I want to order one for my M16 but I’m being a good boy and not spending big money this year…..resist the dark side….resist the dark side….resist….
  22. I’d let the Form 1 run its course as I have a feeling this flip flop isn’t done yet. If they are in the system then they should be fine. Only way they might be denied is if they were part of the “free” stamps then they may require the applicant to pay said $200 then finish the paperwork.
