A quirk of the software that I have found is as follows: 1. A member decides not to renew on time (There is a 2-week window), and their renewal invoice expires. 2. The expired renewal invoice remains in the member's cart, which prevents adding the same type of rank membership to the cart again. 3. The expired renewal invoice has to be manually updated, which can only be done by me. 3. Members have to contact me to reset the invoice. This is an unfortunate quirk, but it can be avoided by renewing on time. I am happy to reset the invoices when I am contacted. We do not do automatic renewals for several reasons that I will not detail here. David
