Make sure there is no errors. Correct^ They seem to be processing quick atm, I just had a MG approved yesterday from a out of state individual 53 days since from the check being cashed. Make sure there is no errors. When did ATF begin to require an SOT to sign a submitted Form 4 on an individual to SOT transfer? This is a new one on me. Every Form 4 submission as an individual, transferring to an SOT I've ever made, never included that SOT's (transferee's) signature. I enter the SOT's info in box 5 and 6a & 6b -and- I sign box 9 (and fill out 10 & 11)...and that's always been good. Never a delay or request for additional information. hkg3k Posted October 11, 2022 Report Share Posted October 11, 2022 (edited) My last Form 4 transfer to an out of state SOT submission was in 3-29-22 and was approved without issue on 6-23-22. The out of state SOT (transferee) did not sign the Form 4. Just curious...who / where at ATF instructed you that was a requirement? Wow, I was expecting a year for my SOT to get in, my out of state Form 4 MG. Guess I should get that other part of the 50/50 cash ready to go I'm at 50 days right now.
