    Paperwork is returned to the current owner who submitted the transfer. Only one time in 25 years has incoming transfer documents been mailed to me.

    I have three NFA items in my physical inventory that are not listed on the electronic inventory. Sent this info to the "Ask the Experts" option about two months ago, have heard nothing.

    Always ask "What is the target completion date?" There's always curve balls, but at least you had an understanding going in.
