These include quick detach bolts tracks as shown in the photos. These were manufactured by DTV Arms. The purpose of them being in 3 sections (rotor head, camming section, and tail) is so that should the rotor incur any damage, it can be repaired. For example, if a lug breaks off a bolt camming section, it can be replaced as opposed to scrapping the rotor.
