  1. I handled much of CURT EARLLS inventory for many years and we were very active with the model 6 , always had guns and mags. customers new to them always complained about the mags and breaking them from loading or putting them in backwards was NOT EASY . we almost always test fired any used guns and I found more than half the mags to have issues no matter the type . several times I planned to come up with a replacement solution but it never came to anything. trying to get that ^&*^%# old paper of many, I just wanted to crush them. a week long soak in WD-40 cured that.
  2. MIKE sat is going to be a hard day UNLESS you can call me BEFORE 8:30 am central.

  4. This kit has been in my HOARD more than 50 years! and sat unused . the BARREL is still wrapped in the rust preventative paper. its not likely you will ever see another even used, unless its the other used one I have. when sold the kit came with a feed slide assembly, feed tray and barrel. I am offering a choice WW II top cover assembly with the slide installed making it an easy SWAP. Just to be clear what this sale includes you will receive a NOS BARREL , COMPLETE TOP COVER, and FEED TRAY . price is $1500.plus $40 FED-X ground. buyer can also add a choice complete 34 bolt assembly for an additional $200. making it a landed cost of $1740.00 pics are a pain and will be slow and first take it gets it pics pending or not.
  5. SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE THAT ASS IN SACRAMENTO sorry more than one on both sides I mean JACK HOLSEY! arrest 1? 8 suppressors, 4 mg-34, mg-42, 5 Thompsons and 12 milled AR lowers. , released and 4 months later they raided his live in quarters at the drag strip , found 17 more NFA and a MAJOR KID PORN webb production. he is STILL SELLING ON G-brkr' this AM!
  6. JEEZ ? WHERE TO START WITH THIS ONE? GUYS DONT GET TOO EXCITED ! UK DEMIL PROCEDURE IS WORTHLESS LANDED HERE in order to be legit it has to be exactly like all the other thousands of CUT BRENS you been looking at. if not, please place your hands together like your praying and surrender. this smells just like those first Russian Thompsons selling on ebay with a defaced bolt/ milled barrel BUT A COMPLETLY INTACT RECEIVER. no no no NO NO NO NO!
  7. BRDMERC, NSL! there was no attempt at quibbling (sic) I was so impressed after viewing such a standout example, I HAD to do something and just between you and I , believed it to be a shrewd marketing ploy because it would stand out. now that this thread has reached such high velocity, just maybe I was right?

  10. JOHAN , I have not kept up with the export rules and just don't know where 240 parts stand in the restrictions. it might be possible because they are fairly common in the world. going out exotic parts and certain "fields" are restricted going into many nations. since the EUROPEAN ALIGNMENT most gun parts are controlled some way. they tell me that the brls landed but I have been tied up . hope to get your dim out soon! more than 20 yrs ago t5he president of the SWISS- WILL TELL ORG came too the US and was my guest for a week. do you know of them? much like our NRA.

  18. OUT OF MORE THAN 100 TRANSIT CHEST'S FOR THE CZECH ZB-26 / ZB-30 WE only found 2 of the small wooden parts box for them. it holds all the spare parts and field tools while in the field. for youse guy's that want it all this is for you. 75.00 plus actual fed-x ground gets it.
  19. KEVIN , UNDERSTOOD! last year 2 other parts kits only popped up and still may be hanging around. I will check it 4 u cheers mike
  20. KEVIN , I know a gent that has a mint perfect transferable police model with the bipod . also a nice complete kit less receiver. we talked about him selling it last year and I don't think anything happened. it will be in the low 30's I believe. if that would work for you let me know and I will hook you up. cheers mike
  21. mike, I started with the zb series in the 60's and have owned several live guns and more than 100 demilled. most of my 30's came in wooden transit chests with all acc and a spare brl. in ALL the chests only 2 examples had the sectioned wooden spare parts box I believe them to be quite rare and a nice addition. somehow I missed sending it with the few last kits at the SAR show in phx and its available should you like it. the 20 rnd mags came with 3 diff followers. IE; heavy forging with finish machining, and heavy cast. both are equal and the best to use, but these days the first type are quite rare. the 3rd type had stamped steel followers that seemed to work ok but do not feel as smooth while loading. I have close to 100 of the 2nd type , I still use them but could share a few if need be. I use them in my Brens in 8mm and .308. I also have a couple of the small metal 4-mag carriers with leather strap if you like that. I might even be talked out of a couple of the never seen 40 round mags if we do something. I don't believe there are any left with waffenampts. the wood parts/toolbox is $75.00, small metal mag can w/leather shoulder strap $100 , without strap $65.00. all good functional but paint has chips. 20 round mags w/ cast follower $100 ea . if I do the 40 rnd that will take some thought in 50+ yrs I found less than 20 and bought everyone offered for sale I paid as much as $75 in the 60's and got 2 at $200 ea in 81 or 82 so they wont be cheap and its likely you will NEVER hear of them again form anybody. there is also a chance I have 2 -8mm zb-30 barrels. if so they are mint and complete. I will need to confirm them and the search is hard with more than 900 barrels in the rack I had no plans to sell any of this stuff, cuz at 70 I still use and enjoy it all and know whats coming , so don't mind sharing cheers mike
  22. DAVID < SORRY TO BE SO LATE , illness launched a new offensive . I was at DR's all day today. ENOUGH EXCUSSES ! I moved to TEXAS in 2010, it took 2 years to get all my collection/ hoard packed and moved. all my friends helped pack and load it in PHX and things were VERY mixed up. I gave EVERYTHING I own but my pants and pickup too the Gent here. since then I have been sorting, checking function etc on what will stay. there are many duplicates and odd examples that wont work for him and that's being sold, with ALL the money going to him also. there are 2 BREDA 30's from that contract in 7x57 both serial no's under 40. I know one is 27 and the other is I think 34 but I cant remember what is what. this gun has been too far down the list to fire yet. In the 70's, DOLPH sent it too PAT to rewat and the reason it got sold is they could not find a FERMATURE. I had one and some brls so I bought it. back in the 60's at a MARANA shoot I put more than 4000 rnds thru one without a stich. ALL the ODD designs attracted me and I bought as many as I could find . I also have several South American 7x57 HOTCHKISS GUNS that will be sold. NORMALLY I would never sell a firearm not knowing what it will do, but the way this gun was done, IT all remained intact except the FERM so I have no fear. its the same as it left the factory. EVEN the BOLT is still matching it was not touched. the only parts changed were the FERMATURE, BARREL, and BARREL LATCH. I just got in from the vault and I still have not located a barrel. the rack has more than 900 and its hard to do. there are 47 MG's in front of it. I bought that transferable FN -240 from MANNY and a new MAREMONT in FEB this year and decided to list guns I KNOW we wont keep to help recover. in 2018, two BREDA-30's in carcano cal with bad rewelded 3 cut receivers they stated would NOT run sold for more than $9000 on GUNBROKER is how I came up with the price. hate to be so long winded , but a simple yes or no would not have given the gun any justice. its all the truth and how it is. I hope it helped answer your questions CHEERS MIKE

  24. PETE, THANK YOU SIR! actually it was quite easy when you think about it, it's just a matter of simple physic's the real challenge was the links or belts. all I could do is sew the pockets tighter , or open them up. metal links could be bent using a pencil torch for exact heat location.there plenty of surplus .22 cloth Brng belts back then. on the lower recoil calibers the barrel was turned very thin at first, then I just copied the COLT .22 1911 concept with the "floating chamber" to get enough impulse. 38 spl came about because of the cost possible at the time .22 lr averaged about $ 0,70 per 50 rnds but no noise or major impact down range. the 38's cost me about $0.90 per 50 rnds using cast bullets and red dot and did a good job with noise and impact reaction. of course I could always increase it to .357 mag for more. you should have seen the reaction to the line when the full auto .410 w/ 00B went after the RC planes at the shoot!
  25. RL as usual you got it right and to the point at that. at my age I sit here feeling much like I imagine you do. while its much easier to remark about others problems and how to handle them, I find it almost impossible to express why I fear OUR SITUATION and how to handle it without fear of being labled or an investigation target. WHAT I REFUSE TO DO IS DENY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS TRUE REASON'S FORPUTTING SO MUCH EFFORT IN THE 2ND AMMENDMENT! I CAN ASSURE YOU NOTHING "SPORTING" WAS ON THIER MIND !
