    Looking for an HK91. Must be an actual German gun. No clones. Condition is not critical, except that the receiver must be straight and undamaged. So no rust/pitting or dents/roller marks. Blemishes in the cocking tube, barrel or anything else don't really matter. Just as long as the receiver itself is undamaged. For clarification, the condition of the finish is unimportant. Email your price, including shipping and insurance to Las Vegas, NV; description of condition; some good clear photos, as well as a photo of the gun with a torn slip of paper laying across it that has my email address hand written on it.     WTS Accuracy International AXMC .338 LM Used, excellent condition. Previous owner shot it very little. If I remember correctly he stated around 80-85rnds. I never shot it.     I access Sturm on a mobile device, my cell phone, so my advice will be based upon that. If you access Sturm from a covent iona computer, this advice may or may not be accurate. At the top left of your screen you'll see a square shaped icon made up of three horizontal bars. Press the square shaped icon. This will open a new menu which will have two icons at the top: on the left will be an icon shaped like a bell and on the right will be an icon shaped like an envelope. Press the envelope icon. This will open your Private Message (PM) Inbox. Unread messages will be in bold text. Just scroll through the list of messages and press the one you wish to read. Giovanni

    I too was surprised to read that. At first I was sure it was an April Fools prank, but it seems to be true. I would have thought the M110K1 would be a shoo-in, especially given refinements that could have been implemented from the experience of years of M110 and Mk11 service.

    I had a LaFrance MP5 conversion at one time, and it was as you described. It was not a factory full auto frame cut to fit a shelf. Neo's may be different, but the one I had was most definitely built using a semi-automatic frame.

    I see where you're coming from. My interpretation of that question was that the corporation would be sold in its entirety, and the assets of the corporation would go with the sale as corporate property. Meaning that the assets themselves are not changing ownership. It's the owner ship of the shares of the corporation that is changing. Now If the corporation were to sell a pre-86 sample asset, then all normal transfer restrictions would apply, in my opinion. As far as the change of "responsible persons", as ATF puts it, that's a new ball of wax that everyone is waiting and watching to see how it rolls. Going by the drafts of new Form 4's someone linked to, it seems that ATF will now require notification of ownership changes and would require new owners to submit photos and prints. I suppose we'll be seeing soon enough

    There wouldn't be a new corp. It'd be a stock/share sale. The original entity remains intact and owner of corporate assets. The scenario you outlined would be the sale of the corporate assets. OP's question was relating to sale of corporation itself, which means the stock/shares of the corporation.
