    I was told by the SOT branch over the phone that if you were a type 7 and had the same EIN and sot, that you could have multiple locations covered under one payment. When I tried to establish this by email I received a negative and was told all locations require a payment. I see in the regs where there is something about manufacturers only needing a single payment but it's pretty vague. Anyone know more about this?
