I thought it was like the HK sears, if the caliber on the form was 9mm it could not be used in a .223 or .308. On the form 4's they have multiple calibers listed 9mm, 223, 308. This is why I wanted to clarify if I put a 9mm upper, 300 blackout etc on the SBR and has .223 on the form 4 as the caliber if I get checked at the range for paperwork what would be needed?

On an AR15 SBR the ATF would not allow Multi Caliber on the form, they would only allow a specific caliber. How can another caliber or two be added and accepted?

That is my thinking/understanding also. the mfg is selling on gunjoker. By putting a serial number on an uncompleted receiver is what I thought would be considered falsifying atf/ official documents. Big no no, because it is not finished yet, but yet it was papered as completed

A person wants to buy an 80% receiver, the mfg needs a FFL to transfer it to, the chunk of metal has no serial number, model or caliber. How can it be recorded into inventory and how can it transfer out on a 4473? The mfg making and selling them are recording the disposition to the FFL it is sent to

My understanding pre brace days an AR pistol has a pistol buffer tube "size and dimension different from a stock or brace" ie can't accept a stock or brace so it was a dedicated pistol only

We have and have had a Fedex and UPS account for years. Our sales reps come by every 30/60 days to check in, brings us some donuts or pizza and let us know the latest shipping promotions. They never said anything about the current news on shpping changes so this past time they came by I asked them about it. They said not to worry about it, just keep on like we are doing. It's just talk to keep the others happy, they don't want to loose any shipping money to usps. We ship and insure the firearms of all types and only had minor mishaps here and there over the years.

I've seen this happen before, a "Limited" item is worth $X then if there are a couple of the same item "appear" to sell for more, over the course of a short time.
