Gotta take the spring tubes apart there will be a spring in front a rod and a spring behind. There should be a rod between the springs. Otherwise there no antibounce present. You will have to make the rods which is a pain, the cocking piece though you are just up shit Creek on finding

You need the FA cocking piece and anti bounce rods. Semi is different so the rods and springs need to be adjusted. None of these parts you can find now, I spent two years looking and finally gave up.

We manufacturer quite a few of these unites that meter around 110DB, depending on how John built it I can probably recore it if you want. Or can even service it for you if you can't get it apart anymore
