This is an active/OWNER/ VOTING type membership at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club, located in Prince William Co. Va.

If the club is ever sold off the property you are entitled to 1/500th of the selling price, so it's s long term investment in addition to a great place to shoot.

There is a nice club house, trap and skeet fields, small bore, bench rest, pistol, running boar and high power, a lake, camping area's and limited spaces for motor homes. 

Approx 400 acres.

The waiting list is 3 years currently, and that's just for an associate membership, with no ownership rights.

This active membership is for sale at $10K.

$5K down and the other $5K upon a board vote on the transfer.

A stock certificate will accompany the transfer in your name.
