Bill in Bama Posted April 21, 2023 Report Share Posted April 21, 2023 I'm trying to e-file my first Form 4 trust application, got through to the page to download the trust document. It's only 10.2 mb and the limit says 30 mb so I'm within limits, but when I select "add document" it starts the circle of death and warns "processing-do not refresh." After a while sometimes it reverts back to the page without the file showing and I start over, but with the same results every time. Help! para45 Posted April 21, 2023 Report Share Posted April 21, 2023 I’ve run into the same issue w/any file over 4MB, had to resize/shrink my docs to 3MB or less to get them to upload reliably…. Just make sure they’re still legible when you downsize them, been rejected before for “blurry” PDF docs…. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And why will they accept the trust as a jpeg, gift, or half a dozen other formats but only accept the certificate of compliance as a pdf?
