Aaron in Mohnton Pa Posted January 28, 2021 Report Share Posted January 28, 2021 (edited) This is a very rare buffered soft mount for the M240. It has an ejection chute built into it. There is a bag (I don't have any of these) that snaps onto the bottom of the mount to catch brass and links. There is a small removable pintle that attaches to the front of this using a cross bolt. This mount does not have that pintle on it. It is made to be removed because this also bolts directly to various pedestals / aircraft applications etc..... This is a factory usgi surplus mount in excellent condition.
