Unfortunately (for gun enthusiasts), a lot of companies in the financial industry are not 2A friendly. When I started my business, the bank I had been with for 40+ years refused to open a firearms related business account (5th/3rd bank) I then opened a business account at Chase, with whom I had a relationship for 25+ years. They closed it out of the blue about 6 months later (again, not 2A friendly) 3rd time was a charm - opened account at a small, locally owned bank. Service has been excellent. Will be moving more of my accounts there. As R.L. said above, put your $$$ where your mouth is.

anyone who wants to join/post/PM has to pay $1 by a verified method like Paypal or some other pay service where their identity has been established. Face time/video call is a great way to weed out the scammers. Never do a deal only by text/email.

one was about 8 months ago and the other 2 were submitted 4 months ago and approved last month.

my last several Form 4 individual to dealer transfers were approved in 3 months. Hopefully yours is approved that quickly.

Criminal law violation (generally) requires intent. Whichever way you decide to go, get the NFA division to email you what they told you over the phone. If they won't do that, get their name and make a note of their name and the time. Then follow that direction. I am not a lawyer but my brother is (former prosecutor) - that is his advice.

my guess is that even if the law is overturned (very unlikely), Congress would quickly pass a new law which would be similar to the old law. No way that NFA items would be uncontrolled - Democrat and Republican would not let this happen.

If you get contacted by someone using the phone # 719-315-0964 (google voice phone #) they are a scammer. Tried to get a copy of my FFL and driver's license (LOL) ALWAYS call them and talk on the phone!
