These are NOS USGI Flash hiders with an insert pressed in to fire blanks. These can be pinned on the same as regular flash hiders but will also function without being pinned. The weapon cycles great using these and throws a large flame out the front of the barrel. Very Very rare item. Please see the video below of these adapters in action using Lake City 7.62x51 blanks.
