Ryo Posted January 8, 2022 Report Share Posted January 8, 2022 Just learned something I wasn't 100% sure about until I talked to my IOI. Apparently if I decide to give up my FFL 01 and retain my 07, any NFA item can be transferred immediately from my 01 books to my 07 books as long as the NFA items are register under the same business EIN. I thought that was possibly the outcome, but wasn't sure until I had a talk with him. Good guy willing to give me a call after sending him a email question about it.
