Cross Posted This is a very scarce example of an early production Mauser P38. This example was produce in 1942 towards the beginning of Mauser’s production. At the time they were having difficulty with the finishing process which resulted in a “dusty” style of bluing. The example shown here is an early no letter series pistol which exhibits this scarce type of finish. The pistol is all matching and in fantastic condition.
