Devildog1987
For sale is a relatively rare submachinegun, The UD42 was used extensively by the OSS during WWII. Dropped to partizans in France and Greece, it is somewhat rare in the US. This SMG is 9mm and fired from a 25 round box magazine of similar design to the Thompson. As you can see from the pictures this weapon is in excellent condition as is the bore. Some scuffs on the butt stock. The upper and lower serial numbers do not match (this is typical of UD43 as they likely were never matched when they left the factory) Runs great an is easily controllable. Included are 2 magazines. Form 4 in New Hampshire Price is $35,000 Edited September 10, 2023 by Devildog1987 photos

BDMERC
So can it use Thompson mags? Any idea how many are in circulation? Yours is the first I have seen other than in books. Like your AR-10; very nice condition!

Not my add but I’ve got personally seen 3-4 change hands on this form over the years another 3-4 thew the big sellers they are out there for sure. Mags are also proprietary from my understand also 9mm so no go for Thompson mags.
Double Tap Firearms
Was wondering if the new Auto Ordinance 9mm Thompson mags would work? Looks like fun gun
Devildog1987
Theoretically a newly manufactured 9mm Thompson mag would work as that is the design of the magazine. UD42 mags are 25 rounds and were issued both as singles as well as back to back spot weld. Original UD42 mags are pretty rare but they are out there. APEX has them right now.
