One 30 rd magazine, loader, strap, Blum certificate, manual, and cleaning kit are included. Gun is Unfired. KAC imports Prescott, AZ (marked on barrel) I will pay shipping / insurance - this will run about $175. Two boxes will be shipped. One Sig case containing rifle and one cardboard Blum box that rifle came in. I have wiped down the rifle and applied oil. I did have a BT rail installed and this is evident in the included pictures.
