It’s been in my family since 1993. I have fired this one but don’t have any video. It runs just as it should in both semi and full auto. It comes with 2 original 32 round and 2 original 20 round magazines plus a loader and a spare original barrel. Reactivated in 1994 by Bob Landies of Collector’s Corner in Chardon OH, I will include a copy of the ATF reactivation form for proof. Please keep it in your files. When I was transferring this to myself out of my father’s estate, the ATF couldn’t find proof of reactivation and the transfer got hung up until I contacted Collector’s Corner and Bob’s daughter dug this copy out of cold storage for me. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478. Be sure that you are qualified to own this weapon before paying. Refunds will not be issued due to inability to pass background checks or poor performance by the ATF. Be sure that you understand the transfer process. Payment is due in full before the transfer paperwork will be submitted to the ATF. Bank issued cashier's checks (or other certified payments) or wire transfers are accepted. I can talk about other payment methods if needed. All ATF rules regarding class 3 items apply and I will not ship to states that prohibit class 3 firearms. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.
