Original Stagecoach box which was modified to hold a styrofoam cartridge block many years ago when these boxes were not as valuable as they are today. A photographer friend made an insert to somewhat duplicate the original look. I would rate this beautiful blue/case color revolver as a 98% gun. I can't tell if it has been fired but cylinder may have been turned.
