The manufacturer is listed as RIA and the gun is stamped as well. I don't recall ever seeing one done by them? Very clean and nice wood. I will Include 12 magazines with this rifle. $7,000 shipped to your FFL in the 48.This rifle is on a form 3 in Kentucky.
