Got Uzi Posted October 28, 2022 Report Share Posted October 28, 2022 This is a WWII USGI Remington Rand 1911 that was “sporterized” back in the day but not too bad. It could be brought back to for USGI spec. The slide was NOT cut so original sights could be installed again (original replacement rear included as well as hammer) will need a correct front sight and a new main spring housing. The front strap will need to be TiG welded to fill in where someone “stippled” the front strap. It’s not so far gone that it’s trashed, it would take someone spending some time to bring the old girl back.
