WTS: SPF - 25/22 Registered Receiver w/ Norrell Trigger Pack/Bolt, Norrell Short Suppressor, Update & Reduced

Selling my Stainless Steel registered receiver 25/22.  John Norrell trigger pack with anti-bounce bolt and short Norrell suppressor.  Norrell trued the receiver when he installed the trigger pack.  This is a 2-stamp transfer. I understand Norrell won't do trigger packs for RR anymore.  Hogue stock.

 

The receiver was registered by Weapons Specialties, Phoenix, AZ.  Form 4 in Texas.  I will split the first 2 stamps if sold out of state.  Buyer pays and arranges shipping.  I would prefer a prepaid shipping label.  I will accept a 50/50 payment.  Final payment due within 7 business days of notification I have received the approved transfer.  Thanks but not looking for any trades.
