Integrated Armament
I'm an 07 and have two agencies that would like to transfer out some post 86 MG's for rebuilding. The agencies have both stated that if the guns are not serviceable or cost affective to rebuild that they don't want them back. ATF has advised me that they will approve the transfer via. form 5 as long as I have a letter from the agencies requesting the transfer. My question is this : Since they are on a form 5 for the service and maintenance to me, if they don't want there guns back what are my options? Could they be sold off as post samples assuming that someone wants to buy one with a law letter ? I posed that question to the form 5 examiners and they could not come up with an answer. Im looking for any first hand experience or advice. Thanks IB
