Good point. However, they did note that there was no receiver modifications on the form 4. I am going to move this to my SOT to sell. I will get a formal ruling during that process. Thanks again for your help.

I have a client that is wanting to sell an H&K Sear. We are trying to determine if this sear is "married to the gun?" It says that it is installed in the H&K 33, but no modifications made to the receiver. Thanks is advance for the help... Side note the Sear serial number and the H&K33 serial numbers are different. I have had some paperwork issues over the years. Including the NFA not liking some language in my trust (actually two different occasions.). They were helpful in working with me to get the issues resolved. I did not have to start over. I would guess they might or might not want a correction, they should give you the time to correct. I know everyone has different experience, mine has been nothing but positive (minus the wait time.)

I am looking at the paperwork on a SWD Lighting Link. The caliber states .22. Does that limit the calibers to be used for the LL? Thanks, CL
