SOLD.......$31,000..........Fully transferable pre 86 Colt M16 on Form 4, used condition, mechanically excellent and a Noveske 11.5" SBR in .223 and also on Form 4 M16 comes with extra military barrel and the SBR comes with extra barreled Colt upper with forend rail and bolt. Extra heavy barrel is stainless , is exactly 16" long and in 300 Blackout cal. The M16 is in the standard military configuration and was previously a PD gun and is LIGHTLY engraved RPD. The SBR has a 11.5" Noveske heavy bbl, SWS forend, Vltor upper and buttstock, Noveske NX3 Flaming Pig flash suppressor and Troy Industries folding battle sights I have swapped the shorter barrels onto the F/A Colt lower and everything fits and functions fine. 50/50 deal. WTSell this M16 a previous PD gun. Pre 86 fully transferable. Very good cosmetic condition. I'd say excellent but it has light engraving on reciever. Excellent mechanical condition. Has gloss finish furniture. I've only put maybe 200 rnds through it, mainly as an entertainment gun to my friends that would never have the opportunity to shoot one. Dont need it any more. It comes with an extra orig 20" Colt bbl. On a Form 4. I'm not an SOT..BEST OFFER OVER $30,000. 50/50 deal

So can this be done as a repair by an SOT and have the registration sheet updated or is this a whole new manufacture and register as new with another $200 tax stamp? Thanks
