    Cans/SBRs/SBSs got the green light back then, but not MGs or DDs. I’m not sure about AOWs

    Would a 03 FFL (C&R license) allow for a C&R transferable in Iowa? I’d like to get a transferable MG, but I live there. Only other way it’d be legal that I can think of its to become an 01/03 or 07/02 FFL/SOT
