Looking to obtain my FFL & SOT for the purpose of selling some title 1 guns and obtaining some pre-may samples as keepers. My question is should I register my FFL/SOT as a sole proprietorship so if I ever drop my SOT, they would be in my name? Most people tell you its best to register your FFL in a LLC but what about in my scenario? Most of my other NFA items are in a gun trust, assuming you can't use it in this case in any way? Thanks Mark
