JeffinCO
I am a Wyoming resident but also have a well appointed house and acreage in Colorado. I'm in the process of buying a machine gun and am wondering how to deal with living in Wyoming 51% of the time, and Colorado 49% of the time. In reviewing Form 5320.20 there seems to be no consideration that the MG would be in WY or CO throughout the year? Do I need a new 5320.20 for each trip between the two residences? Has anyone dealt with this before? Any suggestions? TIA.
