    Looking to sell my factory Ruger AC556, full stock, 18” barrel. Excellent condition, FA, Safe, Semi, and 3rd burst. Will come with a 20 and 30 round magazine along with a Butler Creek folding stock. On a Form 3 in NH for quick transfer.     What happens to eforms (form 1, manufacturer and SBR) that were filed before the cutoff but have not yet been approved? Is there a plan in place to allow these submissions to run their course or is the expectation that anything not yet approved will be denied?
