We say "appears" to be NIB as it is almost impossible to prove a gun this old is NIB. The only marks found on the gun are some very light marks here and there on the gun. If it is "Used" it is a solid 98% Condition. It may very well have been imported with these minor marks. Any way you cut it, it is a very, very clean gun and probably New. The rifle is all matching. The barrel is marked and matched to the gun as well as the manual and Warranty Card, Comes with everything shown to include original factory hard case, IMI marked 25rd magazine, new IMI Sling, Manual and Warranty Card, Dummy Barrel, original 16 inch Barrel in 9mm, rear sight adjustment tool and some original and rare Action Arms letters and marketing materials!
