Comes with original A2 stock and 20" upper as well. Everything is 100% Colt factory. Gun is on electronic Form 3 for fast transfer times to your FFL/SOT. Not sure how that would work if you tried a C&R transfer and just winged it. From the AR15.com forums: "400,000 series 1966-1973 or so Only a few rifles/carbines made in this serial number range and known examples are spread out over several years of production.
