theke Posted August 13, 2023 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2023 Thank you for the response… That’s the first place I went, however when I print out the form it has a big X formatted through signature and information boxes? SGT Fish Posted August 14, 2023 Report Share Posted August 14, 2023 Doesn't show up when I open the file. I'm guessing that is something to do with your pdf viewer settings.
