davester Posted March 17, 2023 Report Share Posted March 17, 2023 (edited) SOLD, very nice M1 Garand.30, Springfield Armory action and barrel dated 1951. Stock appears to be non-military replacement. Super bore with good rifling right out to end of muzzle. From what I understand many M1's had crowns ruined by improper cleaning rod use since they could not be cleaned from the breach. SN 4226345. Bolt is an H&R. Needs a good cleaning since storage grease has gotten pretty stiff. Have not shot it, but should be a good shooter. $1,200 plus $60 S&H insured.
