This gun started off as a brand-new black USC Carbine and was sent to Ed at Homeland Police Supply along with a nice UMP45 SMG post-sample parts kit for their basic UMP SBR conversion. I then purchased a new Gemtech quick-detach UMP silencer for it to complete the package. This suppressor is very rare as it is now out of production. It will come with 3 front Picatinny Rail Sections as well as the top receiver rail section for mounting the optic of your choice. I've put about 200rds through this in the time I've had it and it's powerful and quiet with the can attached. It will come with 2-25rd factory H&K German factory mags and I have 8 or 9 more brand-new mags that I'll make the buyer a deal on if they want them. Brand New TPM Outfitters P5-N which is their version of the H&K MP5-A3 Navy 9mm SBR. Gun is unfired and has an excellent condition factory H&K German A3 stock. Barrel is 3 lug and is threaded 1/2-32 which is the correct Navy thread for the KAC Navy suppressor. Suppressor shown is NOT INCLUDED and was snapped on for pics only. I bought a couple of these from Ken at TPM to build into sear guns and the deal fell through on the sears. These are built to 100% full auto spec should you decide to use them with a reg auto sear. Ready to transfer on a Form 3. Ready to move on to another project. Sacrifice at $3150 plus shipping to your FFL. Tony

It has all the goodies including paddle mag release, pictogram safe-semi lower, threaded 3 lug barrel threaded 1/2-32 with knurled thread protector, Choate Tactical PDW Folding Stock, and 1-15rd mag. I put 15rds through this once just to hear what a particular suppressor sounded like. Gun is new and in MINT condition. Ready to transfer to your SOT on a Form 3. $3400 shipped in the CONUS.
