My ad for Colt SAA 2nd gen revolvers turned up two scammers so far. "Big Jeff Lane", last name Kelley in TN defrauded me out of $1,150 jeffreykelley2002@protonmail.com. This was on a 2nd gen 7 1/2" with box. I have filed theft report with local PD as well as FBI since it is wire fraud. Another very likely scammer who bailed out when I offered to drive to Illinois to meet him and pick up his 2nd gen 5 1/2" blued in stagecoach box named Kevin McRaven.
I contacted BATF today and received this response. Hope it helps all.
We have had reports that there is an issue with SOT stamps being delayed in the mailing process that may result in them arriving later than expected. Please remember that if your SOT renewal has been processed by ATF then your SOT is valid and you can continue to do business even without the hard copy in hand. We do apologize for the delay and for that fact that system limitations preclude us from providing electronic copies or Letters of Authorization (LOAs). We are working diligently to straighten out the mailing issue and will have it rectified as soon as possible.
Believe I found what I need on Gunbroker. However I welcome any additional input from M203 aficionados out there since I am pretty clueless on this!

Trying to mount a Colt M203 under barrel launcher on an M16 but believe a few parts are missing. Two locking screws, small section of lock wire, barrel band, and 2 asbestos washer sections. This 97 Norinco is a reproduction of the 1897 Winchester. Used but in good condition. I have to tell you the trigger pull on these guns sucks! 12 ga., 2 3/4 in. chamber, 20 in. barrel, spur hammer, wooden stock and forearm. If you are a cowboy action shooter this is an excellent way to get into the sport for a reasonable price. As shown with leather butt pad included. Some fingerprints on photo but no rust. Only blue wear is on mag tube from pump action. $300.00 plus shipping.

I have a pair of these used Vaquero’s (old model). .44 mag or .44 Spl. They come with custom grips as well as the original walnut grips. Please note that the back straps are engraved “Noble Paladin” which was the handle of the cowboy action shooter that owned them. Since he no longer competes, I assume that name would be available to the new owner. No issues with either revolver. They function fine. $500.00 for the pair plus applicable shipping.

Rossi Puma 92 .357/.38 Special rifle. Stainless, 20” barrel. Excellent mechanical shape with perfect bore and a slicked-up action that feels like glass. Top safety removed since they tend to cause misfires due to partially blocking firing pin. Front sight replaced with a larger silver bead. Great shooter. Hair on butt pad cover included for you Cowboy Action shooters. Note that cover caused a slight dis-coloration where it was attached. Minor handling marks.
