Using Armlist.com photos from years ago, across the country as his magazines to sell. I did a reverse photo searcg.  Also wants payment to be sent to random zelle account.

 

I don't think this is actually a Karl Edwin Harrar but identify theft.  I reached out to the real Karl and will report back.
