  2. I have an unrelated eform question:

    1. you buy a machine gun as an individual, it was transferred to you on a Form 4.

    2. years later, you become an FFL/SOT  (sole proprietorship under your name and a DBA)

can you transfer the MG to an out of state dealer/SOT on an E-form 3?  if so how does it get listed in your inventory on eforms?

    thanks

My understanding is that ATF inspects the workshop of any new 07 license applicant. I assume they would have to show some machines such as a drill press, lathe, mill, and other equipment. That is a major investment to not use for manufacturing.

can anyone comment on this?  I am looking at getting an 07 down the road but was unsure if this was true.  It's not going to be at home, so I don't want to invest in a lot of equipment and sign a lease until I have the license.

Read up on the 5th amendment to the US Constitution and the takings clause. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/takings

Buy whatever you want. Don’t be afraid of confiscation. The constitution protects Americans from governments actions to take personal property.

Not so sure about that. This article states a different opinion which is closely related to the issue at question. It is something to think about.

  5. they (MWT) recently lowered the price from $75K to $59K.  Maybe they will "adjust" again or be open to a market value offer.

I just bought a gun off auction from them only to find out it was previously sold.  my other experiences with them have been great, however

  6. scammer:

    username : Lindaeljays

sent me PM about Mossberg 590 AOW:

"Not sure if you got one as I have for sale at $400 shipped

    selling due to cancer issues

    payment - PayPal,zelle and cashapp

    samueljollygarmins@gmail.com"

I asked for photos and got the same lengthy "for sale" email listed a few posts above.

BTW - maybe the operators of this site could restrict private messages to those who have been members for 6 months, or pay a token fee from a verified paypal account, to cut down on the scams.  I know I am new to this site but I am active on other buy/sell/trade sites that use this tactic and it helps.
