Roscoe is one of the top Precision rifle builders in the country and this is one of his top of the line rifles. The custom parts are: Defiance LA precision marked action, Bartlett m40 barrel contour, 1-11.25 twist 20". , Custom Ceracoted Manners t3 stock with badger ever and surgeon dbm.
