THIS IS A CLASS III (NFA) ITEM. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE TWO $200 TAX STAMPS IN ADDITION TO PURCHASE PRICE TO NFA.

This is a brand new in box Spikes Tactical ST15 Compressor MRS-1 in 5.56mm. This was just delivered to us from Spikes Tactical. As you know, this is a Short Barreled Rifle and a removable silencer combination. As such, this requires two NFA Tax Stamps (one for the SBR, one for the silencer). We ordered this in May, 2016, and just received it, so it is taking Spikes at least 4-5 months now to fulfill NFA orders, and they do not take direct orders from the public. That means if you want one, your dealer must order it, wait at least 4 months, and then you must wait the Form 4 approval time.

This is in stock and ready to ship. It will ship to your in-state dealer on an ATF Form 3. If you are a local Texas buyer I can form direct to you on an ATF Form 4 and you can pick it up upon approval in Austin, TX. Note you cannot pick this item up until ATF approves transfer.

Buyer must be 21+ years of age to purchase and sale must go through a licensed FFL/SOT. No sales to restricted states, so it is up the buyer to know if this legal to possess. No refunds because you fail a background check or are otherwise prohibited from owning NFA items. Not interested in trades.

Price is $2,975.00 + two NFA tax stamps ($400 payable direct to ATF NFA) and $50 UPS/FedEx Ground shipping via certified funds which is price discounted for cash. AK/HI/PR/Guam etc may be more for shipping so call me for shipping quote before bidding if this applies to you. Note insurance is additional and at buyer's expense, which is strongly encouraged. I can accept Credit Cards but lose the 3.5% discount (Visa/MC/Discover).  Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax to final purchase price.  SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Local buyers by appointment only, you must complete 4473/Form 4 processing, and of course no shipping. 

Payment terms are 100% up front to start NFA Transfer. If you are a Texas resident I can file the Form 4's direct to ATF, if you are out of state I will submit the Form 3 transfers to your in-state SOT and they will transfer to you on two Form 4's. Note you are responsible for any transfer fees your SOT may charge. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax or have a valid sales tax exemption.
