Posted 27 Sep 2016 I'm looking for a Russian SKS, wooden hand guard. It's for a 1952 (if that matters) Russian SKS. I don't need the gas tube or the metal end-caps, just the wood, in good condition. If I have to purchase the hand guard with the gas tube, I'm willing to purchase the assembly, if the price is reasonable. I have a black, ventilated, steel hand guard, for the SKS, if anyone is interested in trading for a wood one.
