1928 Savage, Serial # 89388, Pre-War was ordered by my Uncle, who was Sheriff at West Point, Mississippi in the early 50's. It sat in the Police Chief's office until 2008, when I traded for it. The gun is all original with even a few Colt parts. It is at least 92% condition. Will come with trade materials and original registration. The lower housing has a serial marked different; than I've ever seen. It must have been done in the factory. Pictures show it. It has WWII 50 round drum and 1 stick mag. Transferred on form 3 but will be sent out on form 4. I played with this gun when I was a young boy. It was used in the uprising's in Mississippi during the 50's. Colt Navy Thompson, Serial #5235, I pulled this gun back in 1980 from the Tennessee Hwy Patrol. Very nice condition, Would rate in the upper 90's, Excellent addition to your collection. 100% correct other than the butt stock, which is early Savage, no anchor.
