The stock is what makes it a PDW (Personal Defense Weapon). The conversion was done by S&H Arms. It has a threaded 3-lug barrel and is sear-ready! This is the perfect host gun! It was rarely shot and has spent most of its life in my safe. It is an ORIGINAL H&K, not a clone like you often see for sale at a lower price. Can't beat H&K quality. This one is in MINT condition and comes with one magazine.It is fully transferable on a Form 4. I originally bought this piece to put aside for my kids, but my wife wants to buy a house right now so I have to part with a few pieces..
